Eight Parents Wanted in Cincinnati for Non-Payment of Child Support

In Cincinnati, Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services reported that eight men were being sought for the non-payment of child support.  Authorities say that the men owe a total of $335,000 in child support payments at this time.

The department released a wanted poster this week Wednesday as part of National Child Support Month.  Officers say that the support payments are owed to 11 children in the city.

The top offender is 55 year old Philip R. Gross who owes $167,000 in payments to three children.

In order to appear on the Most Wanted poster, the whereabouts of the parents must be unknown.  Additionally, the parent who has custody of the child must sign a waiver and the offender must have a child support related arrest warrant.
