The Mississippi Department of Human Services is reviewing hundreds of child support cases to investigate if process servers lied about delivering subpoenas to order people to appear in court. In this matter, court records showed that servers claimed they had delivered the papers to people who were incarcerated and even to a woman who had been dead for two years.
